Welcome to City of Colleyville's Citizen Relationship Management System. This system was designed especially for Colleyville citizens.

This service offers citizens the opportunity to converse with the City of Colleyville about their concerns, requests, suggestions, and complaints. This service allows citizens to create and submit on-line requests, such as low water pressure, a pot hole in the street or a dead animal pickup.

Your inquiry will be instantly forwarded to the responsible department for corrective action and follow-up.

You may also track and view the status of your request. When a request is submitted, you are given an issue number that you need, along with the phone number entered, to track or view the status of your request.

It is the City of Colleyville's goal to use your requests to streamline the handling of citizen concerns, requests, suggestions, and complaints in the most effective and responsive manner.
